Having celebrated 30 years of EMCC Global and brought together many speakers from our global Mentoring community at our conference last year. This year we aim to continue to build on this rich community and provide a wide-ranging, representative, inclusive and exciting Global Mentoring Conference. The conference will begin early and end late so that we can include our global community, and all sessions will be recorded.
EMCC Global exists to develop, promote, and exceed expectations of best practice in coaching, mentoring and supervision for the benefit of society. Our goal is to be the preferred and trusted partners to anyone when it comes to our practice, everywhere in the world and this mission has been the driving force in how we have designed our conference for 2023.
The speed of change has continued at pace. This year we are looking at what is and will be needed for mentors and mentees to navigate our changing world.
The 2023 EMCC Global Virtual Mentoring Conference theme is, “Mentoring in uncertain times – what's needed?” An exciting opportunity for mentors to share perspectives and mentoring approaches. Topics will include flexibility and adaptability, digital literacy, emotional intelligence, environment, inclusion and diversity, lifelong learning, problem-solving, resilience and mental health. There will be many others and we are excited to create a conference with genuine depth and particular relevance to mentors and mentees.
