As part of the project to launch this conference, the team were very aware of the need to create an inclusive space that represents and expands upon the EMCC's Global footprint. We have endeavoured to bring a wide range of people from all over the world to share their stories and ideas. 

As part of our commitment we have tried to promote the ideals of Inclusion, Diversity and Equality. 

Our conference focuses on Mentoring and Mentorship. This has sometimes been misunderstood by the community, resulting in some submissions being primarily focused on Coaching. Where relevant we discussed this with candidates to clarify their submissions.
